Unique Domain Name
A Domain Name is your own unique address on the internet - no two domain names can be the same (eg.Unique Company Pty Ltd would try to register www.uniquecompany.com.au as their domain name). You choose the name, and if it's available, we register it for you. Promoting your business' unique domain name on all your stationery and promotional material will ensure your customers find your website easily. All customers without an existing domain name will receive two years registration as part of the Sensis WebWorks™ package.
Email service
An email address that utilises your Domain Name is an essential business tool. It helps make your business look professional and makes your email address easy for your customers to remember. With a business email address you can respond to customer queries online or communicate with potential customers about your latest products or services. We’ll provide you with 5 email addresses to help you communicate more effectively with your customers. Additional email addresses can be purchased in bundles of 5.
WhereisÔ MapLink
A unique benefit of Sensis WebWorks™ is the Whereis™ MapLink. A Whereis™ MapLink allows you to highlight the locations of your offices or retail outlets to further assist customers in finding you. The MapLink is included in the standard Sensis WebWorks™ package but, at your request can be left off your website.

With our easy to use software, you can quickly and easily make changes to your website whenever you need to. With the administrator login tool you can ensure your site remains fresh and relevant. Site updates take effect immediately, meaning you and your customers won’t be kept waiting.
Hosting
Sensis WebWorks™websites use the same internet hosting service used by some of Australia’s largest companies. The service has proven itself to be fast and reliable, ensuring your website is consistently and quickly served to the internet.
Statistics & Reporting
One of the most important aspects of monitoring your website is your ROI (Return on Investment). Sensis WebWorks™ reporting can tell you how many people visit your site and when they visit. You will be able to access real-time statistics, which will help you monitor your business and adjust your marketing activities accordingly.
Templates & Graphics
Images and graphics can be easily added to your Sensis WebWorks™ website using the Sensis WebWorks™ Administration interface. You simply need to email us copies of your photographs or images in a .jpg or .gif format and we will upload them onto our server then you simply place them where you want on your website. Each image must be less than 30kb in size and restrictions apply to the total number and total size of images that can be placed on pages. If you do not have electronic copies of your photographs or images we can create them for you, additional charges may apply.
To make the design of your site even more simple and provide a professional looking result, Sensis WebWorks™ offers a choice of more than 60 design templates that you can apply to your site. Our template approach structures information into logical groupings so your customers can quickly locate what they are looking for.
